Massage Therapy
About my work
I am a graduate of the Lancaster School of Massage and a licensed massage therapist dedicated to providing intentional, therapeutic bodywork to support holistic health.
My approach to massage is both therapeutic and nurturing, combining skilled touch with a sensitive, calming presence. Sessions may include neuromuscular therapy, gentle fascia release, relaxation techniques, and optional aromatherapy to support nervous system regulation, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
While I welcome and enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and stages of life, my work is especially focused on supporting perinatal women, infants, and pediatric clients.
I come to you
I offer mobile massage sessions, bringing the full massage experience directly to the comfort of your home. I provide everything needed for your session.
All you need to provide is a quiet and open space —roughly the size of a six-person dining room table..

Prenatal & Postpartum Massage
I offer prenatal and postpartum massage to support women during the profound physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. These sessions are designed to ease common discomforts such as back pain, hip tension, swelling, and fatigue, while also providing a deeply calming and restorative experience for the nervous system.
As a trained massage therapist and birth and postpartum doula, I bring a compassionate and informed approach to working with mothers. My goal is to create a space where women feel safe, cared for, and supported in their changing bodies.
Prenatal and postpartum massage may incorporate gentle therapeutic techniques, fascia release, relaxation massage, and optional aromatherapy to help promote comfort, circulation, and overall wellbeing during this important season of life.

Infant Massage
I am trained as an Infant Massage Educator (through Infant Massage USA), offering families the opportunity to learn gentle massage techniques to support bonding, relaxation, and overall wellbeing for their babies. I am also available to work directly with your baby.
Infant massage can ease common discomforts such as gas or fussiness, while strengthening the parent–child connection through nurturing, intentional touch. My goal is to give parents confidence and simple tools they can use to comfort and support their little ones at home.
Infant massage is found to be especially helpful for preemies, adopted babies, and those who endured a difficult birth.
