Angela Vale smiling in field of asters

Hi, I’m Angela

I'm Angela Vale—a doula, artist, and space holder devoted to the sacred work of tending to women+ through life's most powerful transitions.

Whether I’m supporting a birth, guiding a postpartum mother, or facilitating expressive art in a women’s retreat, my work is rooted in deep presence, intuitive care, and a reverence for the wisdom of the body. With a background in visual arts, an interest in social psychology, and a heart for nurturing, I bring creativity, grounding, and compassion into every space I hold.

I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, supported, and safe to be our full selves. My offerings are woven with softness and strength—blending evidence-based education with soulful practices that invite embodiment, self-trust, and inner transformation. Through birth work, art, and ritual, I help women+ reconnect with their intuition, honor their stories, and come home to themselves.

I live in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where I’m raising my two boys who I’ve homeschooled for eight years. I strive to live an integrated life: one that feels like “me” and what I want for my life—inside and out. I enjoy yoga, native flowers, thrift shops, and sending silly memes to my friends!

I’m proud to serve women+ and families in my local community and beyond, offering care that is both practical and profoundly sacred.
