Craniosacral Fascial Therapy
I’m excited to be attending training in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) this fall (2025). This gentle, hands-on therapy supports people of all ages—from infants to adults. Many families seek CFT for their newborns after birth, especially when navigating challenges such as lip or tongue ties or general tension and discomfort in the neck. Adding this modality will allow me to expand the range of supportive services I can offer to the families I serve. I’ll be licensed to apply this form of bodywork in March 2026.
What Is Craniosacral Fascial Therapy?
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps release tension in the body’s fascial system—the web of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, nerve, organ, and bone. By supporting the flow between the cranium (head), sacrum (spine), and fascia, CFT can ease discomfort, improve mobility, and promote overall wellbeing. Many families seek CFT for their newborns after birth, especially when facing challenges such as tongue or lip ties, feeding difficulties, or tension in the neck and jaw. I will be training in this modality through the Gillespie Approach in Philadelphia in November 2025.
I’m so excited!
This fall I will be beginning training at the Lancaster School of Massage to further deepen my work with families. My focus will be on supporting pregnant and postpartum clients, with a special emphasis on nurturing relaxation and nervous system regulation during this transformational season of life.
Sponsor Me
I’m currently offering a sponsorship program to help cover the costs of my massage therapy training. By supporting me financially now, you’ll receive the gift of a restorative massage (for yourself or a loved one) once I’m licensed. It’s a beautiful way to invest in both my growth and your own future wellbeing. Reach out if you’d like to learn more about becoming a sponsor.
Infant Massage
I am trained as an Infant Massage Educator (through Infant Massage USA), offering families the opportunity to learn gentle massage techniques to support bonding, relaxation, and overall wellbeing for their babies. Infant massage can ease common discomforts such as gas or fussiness, while strengthening the parent–child connection through nurturing, intentional touch. My goal is to give parents confidence and simple tools they can use to comfort and support their little ones at home.
Infant massage is found to be especially helpful for preemies, adopted babies, and those who endured a difficult birth.
